Update on SnusGEAR.com and Contest Winner Information

Hi Members!

We’ve turned on SnusGEAR.com for test purposes and some graphics are up.  Legal releases, negotiations with the hosting site, and a lot of other unanticipated bullshit has dragged this out much longer than anticipated.  More products will be appearing on the site every day or so.  We had some great snus postage stamps designed but every single one of them has been shot down since they apparently violate the “no images glorifying or encouraging ‘drug use’ allowed on postage stamps.  It seems this is going to be a tough fight.  A stupid fight, but a tough fight none the less.

As to the contest winners, Tejas is the First Prize Winner!  Email me with your mailing address and which prize you want.

Second and Third are still up in the air.  Some were submitted as descriptions; not graphics, so we have to see how they look or if are practical.  Once we have all your ideas up which we’re going to use, we could have the Members choose….not by poll.  By PMing me with their vote.  I appreciate all the effort those of you expended who participated and don’t want any hurt feelings with a poll.  Me, I think everyone who sent in ideas is a winner (but I don’t have that much snus 🙂 ) and thank you again for participating.

Special Kudos to Jeff for his multi-portion snus container idea.  It’s not something we can produce at a reasonable retail price right now but it is a great idea and I’m working on it.  You will not only get a free one but a letter of authenticity stating it was the first one produced.
