CAMEL White Portion Snus NOT De-listed!!!

CAMEL White Portion by JTI NOT Discontinued!

Rumors have been circulating in the Snus Community that JTI Sweden, makers of Swedish CAMEL Original Portion Snus and CAMEL White Portion Snus were about to or had already de-listed the CAMEL White Portion.  After much investigation, the SnusCIA has determined these rumors are completely false.

A reliable confidential source at JTI told our SnusCIA Agent in Stockholm “No, there is certainly no truth behind the rumor that we will be de-listing Camel White.”  While not knowing where or by whom the rumor was started, he did have strong suspicions as to who would have the most to gain from this untruth.

With a cryptic smile, he told SnusCENTRAL that “it is very interesting that such rumors would be spreading right now – especially when you have in mind the new sales plan for Swedish retailers is coming up in week 45…”

So relax all you JTI CAMEL White Portion Snus lovers:  it is still here and not going anywhere.  It may be difficult to get in the USA, however, as Reynolds has begun filing lawsuits against certain internet snus retailers based in Sweden for allowing Americans to legally purchase JTI CAMEL-labeled snus products.

Reynolds Lawsuits against SPECIFIC Swedish Snus e-Stores:  A JTI CAMEL Snus ban for Americans or just dirty tricks?

Interestingly, Reynolds seems to be very targeted in their lawsuits.  A Swedish Internet retailer who also has an office in the United States is not only selling JTI CAMEL Snus into the USA, but selling Reynolds Camel SNUS products around the world in apparent violation of JTI’s trademark and licensing rights.  Could the Reynolds lawsuit be driven by eliminating or hurting the major competitor of their  e-tailer who is a Reynolds Camel SNUS distributor in the US?

Too bad RJRT doesn’t spend more money on developing a REAL SNUS product instead of on their stable of attorneys and questionable restraint of trade issues.   Developing……………..
